The Military Ops Alpha-L photo backpack is similar to the Alpha, but with a laptop compartment. It has been with us for many years and remains one of the coolest camera / laptop backpacks available today. This is an ordinary looking backpack with dual compartments that is designed to look less like a camera bag and more like a casual backpack for security purposes. The top compartment is for personal stuff and the bottom back side compartment is for camera gear. A Velcro divider holds the floor between the upper and lower compartments and is removable so that the backpack can be used for everyday casual use. The camera compartment is hidden in the back side and is capable of holding a DSLR with 24-70mm f/2.8 attached, plus 1-2 additional lenses and a flash. The Velcro holds the floor of the top compartment in place, so that it may be removed along with the camera compartment should you wish to use it as a daypack without carrying photographic equipment. It features 2 Velcro front pockets for quick access to accessories, 1 front zippered pocket with internal organizers, mesh pockets, a dedicated padded zippered pocket for an iPad-sized tablet and zippered padded compartment to hold a 17" widescreen laptop. There is a lined zippered pocket inside and a media player pocket. It also includes a seam sealed rain cover. This camera and laptop bag is constructed with water-resistant CORDURA 500D nylon 3xPU coating, and the interior pod is covered with 210D rip-stop nylon 2xPU, the best YKK zippers, closed cell foam and the 210 Taffeta 2xPU coating provides essential, seam sealed rain cover.
