The NSD Power SM-01 is a precision instrument that clips on to compatible NSD units to provide statistics on total number of revolutions, current speed, historical top speed, current session top speed and physical strength index. Each stat is given on the LCD display as you toggle through your results. These statistics can help you with your current session, as well as your training program. Athletes training for a sport can set goals, share results with coaches, or compete with teammates. Those using an NSD spinner for therapy can use statistics to help measure therapy sessions; determine the speed that helps with conditions such as tendinitis, carpal tunnel or RSI; and share results with a physical therapist or doctor.

Use the unit to set intervals of 30-seconds, 60-seconds or 90-seconds to measure your number of revolutions over a set period. The LCD display has two buttons to power the unit on, clear statistics and toggle through your statistics. Batteries are rated to last up to two years of regular, daily sessions.
