1.) Slip loops onto fingertips centering oval indents
2.) Start with fingertips close together
3.) Open your hand all the way
4.) Repeat
5.) Remove gently one finger at a timeÂ
Three Resistances! As with any exercise we suggest starting out light and working your way into heavier resistance both during the workout and as a long range training plan as you build strength.Â
Light Resistance: great for rehab and if you are just starting out with working your hands.
Medium Resistance: about right if you have done some strength training and have a decent grip
Heavy Resistance: challenging for serious athletes.Â
