The Mountainlife ice and snow grips are great for adding extra grip and traction to your shoes in icy and slippery conditions. The ice and snow grips easily attach to the bottom of most hiking and walking footwear.

Easy to Use

1.       Place gripper on the floor with the spikes facing the floor     

2.       Step onto the gripper, heel on the rounded wider area, toes towards the thinner width area

3.       Pull the toe section up over the top of the shoe        

4.       Pull the back section up over the heel           

5.       Adjust to centre the spikes on the shoe
