In this sequel to Dining on the Nile: Exploring Egyptian Cooking, Sally has added more pictures, more recipes and one little helper to her chronicles of Egyptian cuisine.
This second collection includes over 145 recipes which reflect the culinary influences of thousands of years of Egyptian history. Some of the recipes included are pita bread, hummus, felafel, stuffed grape leaves and, of course, many varieties of baklava.
