Our figurine is fully customized. Don't limit your imagination! Be anything you want in mind. All you need to do is to express your idea or send us photos. We will make the figurine/sculpture for you according to your requirements.
Order Steps
Step 1. Choose the number of person(s) you would like to present in the figurine. We will send you a requirement list. After you finished selecting your requirements in the list, you can send us back along with your face, pose and background pictures. We will give you some idea and quotation.
Step 2.After requirements are cleared, we'll start and email you an initial clay sculpture. You can email us any idea you have if you would like to make any change. According to your opinion we will modify your figurine and email you again until you are satisfied with your figurine. No charge to you with changes, but too many changes may cause a delay in the final delivery. No response within 48 hours will be deemed as approved, and we'll go on to the processes. Once the figurine was baked, it can not be changed any more.
Step 3.Craft time is approximately 2-4 weeks based on order volume. Expedited service is available with additional cost. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
Tips: Photo Requirements
1. Clear capture of eyes, nose, ears and mouth from the front
2. Body must be visible in the photo (if you want to change your body style to others, just send us the photo of the body you want your figurine to be)
3. Additional photo taken from the side is preferred
