It€s an intriguing alternative to cow milk, adding a special flavor nuance to your favorite recipes, including fudge and homemade caramels. It€s also high in calcium and supplemented with Vitamins A & D and Folic Acid. To use it as whole goat milk, dilute it with equal parts water. It€s a rich creamer and can also be whipped.
