Metrolight 4748890001 HID Lamps Smart EcoBox, 400 Watts is a waterproof, rugged IP65 rated mounting box with 400 W Metrolight Smart HID Electronic Ballast designed for providing energy efficient solutions for high wattage, outdoor lighting retrofit projects. The 400 W Metrolight EcoBox retrofit solution proves to be one of the most cost effective solutions in replacing existing 875 W-1000 W Metal Halide fixtures. Each 450 W unit is comparable in performance to a 245 W-300 W LED fixture but at a fraction of the upfront cost. The initial cost savings of the 400 W EcoBox can reach up to 75% or greater when compared to an LED 1000 W Metal Halide equivalent. Metrolight Smart HID Electronic Ballast's superior lumen maintenance enables the use of lower wattage lamps without sacrificing maintained light levels. Replace existing 875 W-1000 W magnetic HID fixtures to the more efficient 400w Metrolight ballast without sacrificing light quality while saving up to 65% in energy usage.
