If you ordered the wrong product or no longer require the product then it can be returned within 30 days with a 30% restocking fee and the shipping is not refundable. The restocking fee remains whether you open the box or not. If an item is damaged during shipping then please let us file a claim with UPS or Fedex before you return the item. A replacement will be shipped to you during this process.
