The ANSI Grade 2 certified tubular T-Series 700 storeroom function leverset has a fixed outside lever, entrance by key only - inside lever always unlocked. This leverset is reversible for left hand or right hand doors and is ADA approved. The adjustable 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset latch has a UL Listed 3 hour fire rating - comes standard with a 1" x 2-1/4" square corner faceplate and 1/8 latch filler plate. This leverset fits 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick doors with 2-1/8" prep. The T-Series leverset is backed by a lifetime mechanical and lifetime finish warranty.
