Manzanita Branches 33"-36" with Leaves/ 8 pack
As of June manzanita starts peeling its bark to reveal a two toned effect instead of the solid burgundy/red brown on its bark. Once August arrives the limbs will be back to the solid color again. We can send you a picture of what the limbs look like when peeling. They are absolutely beautiful and it adds a texture and color variation that is striking! What makes Manzanita Branch Supplier different from other branch suppliers? You are dealing directly with the grower. I am Pat Brizendine. I will be personally cutting your branches out in the field to your specifications. Freshly cut limbs means flexible branches when they are boxed for shipping - less breakage. These aren't old dried branches setting on a warehouse shelf. Your beautiful branches are carefully boxed in tough 200lb certified boxes that resist the roughest handlers. We ship via UPS and have rarely had any issues. FAQ -What if I want really full branches? Typically, manzanita doesn't have really full branches and it's this attribute that makes it sought after for floral arrangements, so crystals, votives etc. have room to "dangle". Being the 7th hardest wood in the world the smallest branches pack a lot of strength. If you do want extra full branches and you are ordering branches 32" and smaller, then we suggest you put 2 branches together for that added fullness. The 36" branch is typically an old enough growth that it is much fuller and one branch per arrangement is plenty. -How can I keep the leaves on the branches, since that is part of my floral design? The leaves will stay on indefinitely as long as you don't bump the branch around too much. Even dried, they can keep the leaves on for years undisturbed. -What are the characteristics of Manzanita? Red brown bark, twisty branches, sparse branches allowing hanging objects, very strong limbs, sometimes branches wind swept in one direction, and branches grow on one side of the branch.
