Manus Grip (Bat Black)

With many thick grip adaptors, why choose Manus Grips? Because Manus designed the product to be more than a pair of rubbery cylinders. They created a product that ensures that the adaptor stays on the bar where it should be so the user can concentrate only on lifting technique.

Critical Design Features:
1. Manus created projected ends on each adaptor so you can grasp it without your hands sliding away.
2. They also rough-patterned (knurled) the inner diameter of the Manus Grip to help prevent the grips from rotating around the bar during the exercise.

Manus Grip will fit over dumbbells and barbells at 1" diameter (Note: the Manus Grip might fit loosely on bars less than 1 inch in diameter such as some home dumbbells. Please measure your equipment before purchase.)

The extra thickness of the Manus Grip makes the weight harder for you to grip, forcing you to activate more muscles than what you wouldn't normally use with a thinner bar.
