When dreaming up a milk chocolate bar, we wanted to do something a bit different. Out of this spawned our Goat Milk bar, a favorite among wine enthusiasts, this chocolate is a flavor roller coaster; beginning with a sour cream and brown sugar and then rolling through a creamy cheesecake, it finally ends with that astringent goat cheese flavor that only your favorite ch¨vre can offer.
