Mad Angels is a collection of Larry Kirwan's first five plays and musicals.  He has since written another 9 plays including Hard Times which will premiere in NYC in September 2012.  But these plays show the roots - from Liverpool Fantasy which has been produced a number of times Off-Broadway and at the Dublin Theatre Festival, to A Night in the Garden written only months before this book went into its first printing.  As with Black 47 Larry Kirwan's plays throb with drama, history, politics, urban life and rock & roll.
