The Tactical Assault Panel (TAP) replaces the Fighting Load Carrier (FLC Vest) to allow for quick-release of equipment in emergency situations. TAP can also be worn like a Ranger Assault Carrying Kit (RACK) in stand-alone mode, using the external webbing harness.
