MISSILES: History of missiles


I love missiles, weapons and tanks,

all that means to me the power (of course in the good way to use).
I wanted to wrote this book of missiles history in our days and the oldest ones, with them anatomy, a missile is a self-propelled guided projectile (otherwise it's a rocket),

consisting of: a propellant: rocket engine reactor (usually ramjet), or both (a rocket giving the start pulse before being relayed by a ramjet), a guidance system,
whether external (radio control) or independent (homing), a payload, which can be a military charge (explosive, incendiary, chemical, biological, etc.),

an electronic system (UAV reconnaissance, scientific or experimental missile) or even a simple weight to balance the machine (target missile) or inert mass (missile carrying propaganda leaflets), A missile is, in general, a synonym of the projectile, that is something that is launched (or pushed) in order to take a certain space following a ballistic trajectory.
