MACV-SOG Vietnam Military Knife & Sheath

The Military Assistance Command, Vietnam - Studies and Observations Group, known to many as "MACV-SOG" was an elite group of special forces soldiers that operated in secrecy before and during the Vietnam Conflict. This Vietnam bowie knife is modeled after the very knife which was issued to this specialized group of soldiers. Its 6 1/4"" blade features a clip point tip and a razor-sharp edge with a black coating for glare reduction and corrosion resistance. The stacked leather handle grips well and will surely last over time. Includes a leather sheath with sharpening stone pocket and sharpening stone. 11" ov, 6 1/4" blade, 1/8-1/4" thickness.
