Over time, the cloration of you countertop might vary: this will be judged as resulting from a normal use. Our guarantee applies on normal handling and use only. The warranty does apply to bad installation, tighten nut with your hand and use of caulking for seal. Excessive tightening will crack the bowl and will cancel the warranty. Transport and cost, are not included in our guarantee. All culture marble are easy to clean with soft cleaners ad we suggest to customer to use liquid wax (like "Gel Gloss") to add a protection to your countertop. It will perserve the finish (the shine) for a longer period. Abrasive cleaner must be avoided at all times. Use of hot water should not exceed 140 degrees farenheit (57 Celsius) max. **Full guarantee for the first twelve (12) months.
