Liquid Vegetable Rennet - 1oz for Cheese Making (Super Industrial Strength)
This vegetarian rennet is available in a highly concentrated form and is presented in a dropper bottle holding 1 fl oz, to ensure an accurate dosing of milk and achieve consistent results. Larger and smaller pack sizes are available. This rennet is industrial strength and should be added at a rate of 4 drops per US gallon of milk to produce an excellent soft cheese. It may also be pre-diluted with a little cold boiled water to assist when dosing smaller quantities. The rennet has also been successfully used for the production of junket too, and it requires only a tiny amount (say 1 drop per liter or 2 US pints of milk). A basic soft cheese recipe will be included with order. Â
