2.install the driver with the drive disc
3.Restart your computer and you can use this adapter to connect another VGA monitor.

1. If you don't know how to install the driver or upgrade the video card.
2. If you get your order without driver software or the CD was broken during the shipping.
3. If you installed the driver from the included CD and it did not work.
4.If your Windows 8 get an error about the software not being compatible. Actually it will then download the updated driver.
5. If the CD size doesn't fit your device, you can't install it.
