Two of them are in the front and one in the back. All zippers are appx. 7.1/2" long. Two biggest pockets, one in the front & the other in the back are appx. 3.1/4" high. The smaller one in the front is appx. 1.3/4" high. The pack is appx. 14.3/4" long. It has a strong nylon adjustable strap which can be adjusted to the required length.
