This Lakeland ChemMax 2 C72730 disposable white long sleeve apron helps protect workers from hazardous materials in chemical handling, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and environmental cleanup. It is made of two layers of bicomponent spunbond nonwoven fabric for strength and resistance to chemicals, and the fabric is coated with a multilayered barrier film for reduced penetration of air, moisture, and water vapor. The seams are sewn and sealed with a heat-activated tape to help block liquids and particulates, and there are elastic closures at the wrists to provide greater protection than open wrists. This disposable apron has Velcro straps at the neck and fabric ties at the back, and meets European standard EN 1149-1:2006 for surface resistivity.
