If this is for a RV or Marine use, then simply cut out (bypass) the ballast and wire one end to 12V, the other to negative - takes 2 mins to wire - See fixture conversion instructions
If this is used on 110V, replace the ballast with a 12V driver (i.e illuminous EV-12V-1000-12D sold separately) since - rewire takes sub 5 mins - See fixture conversion instructions (also available as a kit with the driver)
