Kyosho 4WD Nitro-Powered FO-XX Formula Off-Road Racer Truck

The FO-XX is a ferocious, new type of BIG 1/8-scale basher truck inspired by the Formula Off-Road racing machines!! These are Nordic hill climbers that feature rugged solid axles and big, powerful American V8 engines that scale sheer walls of dirt and volcanic sand in a race to the top.

The FO-XX is a pure scale truck based on the most current Mad Force "Kruiser" series chassis specs. It features a scale looking body with an integrated roll cage. The body flips open, pivoting on a rear body hinge to make it easy to start the big-block KE25 engine or do other work "under the hood." The Pullstart KE25 is a very powerful, high performance engine that can handle some of the toughest terrain. Yet, it's still easy to start and holds a tune over a wide range of conditions. It comes fitted with racing style exhaust system that not only looks good, it enhances the performance of the engine for even MORE power. A three-speed automatic transmission is between the engine and drivetrain, giving the nitro version a kick in the pants for top speed. A true 4WD drivetrain with solid axles gets power to the gnarly paddle tires, which should get the FO-XX up most hill climbs. 17mm hex hubs are used to attach the factory wheels and tires, but this universal hub design allows many different brands of tires and wheels to be adapted to the FO-XX. The front bumper provides extra protection against collision and roll-over damage, plus its factory installed running lights can be made functional with the use of an optional lighting kit. A radio box protects the most sensitive electronics.

Comes factory-assembled with painted body, Team Orion Neon 8 motor and Vortex R8 ESC, 2.4 GHz radio, servos, receiver, hex wrench, and 17mm wheel wrench.

Requires 4 "AA" size alkaline batteries, glow igniter, and appropriate model engine fuel (20-30 percent nitro, and a min. of 10 percent oil).
