Konpa Lakay
Boulpik formed in Port-au-Prince around ten years ago. They are still hard at work, preserving an almost lost tradition of street music called the 'konpa' sound. Their acoustic instruments bring a hand-crafted feel to their music - a 'homemade' sound that is also the sound of their country: Konpa Lakay.
