My eyes were growing accustomed to the low light now, but even had they not been, I would not have mistaken his nude frame for anything else; his skin was extremely pale, and even against the ivory linens his body shone like a lantern. It crossed my mind that perhaps he was deformed in some way; that would explain why I had never seen him, and why his sister had used the precise term disproportionate to describe him I looked closely to determine whether his back were hunched, his limbs twisted, or any other notable disfigurement presented itself.

He seemed, in fact, to be a rather fine male specimen. He was slender, but muscular, and his limbs seemed well-formed and strong. He was stretched out on the mattress, his legs straight, one arm at his side, the other at his middle. I detected a slight, repetitive motion, but could not tell exactly what it was.

However, staring at him for a moment, I discovered its purpose: he was clutching his member tightly in his fist, and pumping his fist up and down at an alarming rate of speed. "Sir," I exclaimed, unable to contain my impulse, "are you quite all right?"

"You ought to have left when I asked you to," he said. His voice was unpleasant, and I considered for a moment fleeing the room; but I decided to persist.

"Perhaps," I said in a warm, friendly voice, "if you were to slow down a little, it might -"

"What do you know about it?" he snapped.

I looked at him, frowning at the ceiling and refusing to meet my eye. So unconcerned that I might see him naked; and yet so obviously perturbed at the merest suggestion of mine. Perhaps he was insane.

I sat upon the mattress beside him. "I have found better success with a slower pace," I told him. "Here, allow me to show you."

I placed my hand on his and he glanced sharply at me, then loosed his hand, continuing to frown at the ceiling. "Fine," he mumbled.

I ran my fingers up and down the shaft gently, just to accustom him to my touch. It was, as Lady Edna had said, disproportionate; it must have been at least ten inches in length, and notably oversized in girth also. Quite impressive. Quite intriguing...
