The CarPlay option can do things such as talk to Siri, show you your directions from your phone, make and listen to phone calls, send and receive texts and more. It allows you to stay safe and focus on the road while being able to do all of this. It also plays CD, DVD and includes a AM/FM tuner. It is also compatible with HD Radio and apps such as Pandora and iHeartRadio. You can hook up a rear view camera (not included). This is compatible with iPhones that use the lightning charger (iOS 7.1+). You must use the lightning cable that came with device or Kenwood KCA-IP103 cord. Anroid phones may connect via Bluetooth only and cannot connect with AppleCarPlay features.
