Kangoo Power vol. 2, presented by Roberson Magalhaes - KJ Choreography director, International Trainer & Presenter - and his team, is a highly motivating Interval Training Program, specifically designed to challenge the whole body, building muscular strength & endurance. Our new "track by track" choreography system makes the routines simple, effective and fun. Each track features easy-to-follow movements that are perfectly matched to the dynamic of the music, which includes a variety of popular rock, Latin, dance, techno & hip hop selection. With this new class format, it becomes very easy to customize every single workout by choosing only a few tracks or doing the whole routine with the possibility of mixing and matching the tracks at will.
