The X300A Wireless powered speaker allows listeners to plug into their PC or Mac via a distortion-free USB connection for a sonic experience that is far beyond the average digital hi-fi speaker. Any device with a headphone port — such as an iPhone, iPad, or Kindle Fire — can also connect directly to the speakers with an analogue auxiliary cable. Within minutes of unboxing your X300A speakers, you'll immediately notice that your digital music library has exceptionally more warmth, detail, and depth. To create this rich sound image, the X300A Wireless boasts two Class AB audiophile amplifiers — one dedicated for LF/MF, and another for high frequencies per speaker — as well as two digital audio convertors (DACs). This ensures that your audio files will play back without distortion or noisy digital artifacts. Furthermore, the X300A Wireless contains toroidal transformers that can be found in the top audiophile amps, which nullify speaker hum and electromagnetic interference. The X300A Wireless requires minimum setup. Simply plug both speakers into a power source, connect the two speakers with the X300A's USB cable, and you're all set. Gain and audio balance can be adjusted accordingly via two knobs on the back of each speaker, and bass levels can be set with push of a button to best suit your listening space.
