Jura Capresso, Krups, Nespresso Service Repair Security Tool
This precision bit will open the special oval head screws used in most Jura, Jura Capresso, Nespresso, Krups and AEG machines. The bit can be used by hand, or with any 1/4" bit driver. Where to find the security bolts that allow access into your Espresso Machine: Please note the following: J-series, Z-series, and X5: There are two hidden security screws behind the Jura logo in the back. Turn the logo an eight of a turn clockwise (Z-series/X5) or counter-clockwise (J-series) to release it and you will find the screws. ENA-series: These machines are secured with a locking mechanism. There is a security screw behind the Jura logo in the back. Turn the logo to counter-clockwise release it and you will find the screw. Remove the screw and then push the gray plate upwards to release the locking mechanism in the back. Likewise, there's another oval head screw in the front that will be visible when you pull out the tray. The locking mechanism in the front needs to be pulled down (in contrast to the one in the rear that moves upwards).
