A: Yes, you can use it time after time. When you insert it into a computer USB slot it will be automatically recognized. You just open it up and drag and drop files to it, or right click on any file and send to it. When it becomes full just right click on any unwanted files and press delete and that amount of space is now reusable. Or you can right click and reformat the drive and it will wipe everything and make all the space usable again.
