Jorgensen Hand screw Wood Clamp Kit includes two threaded steel spindles, two wood handles with steel ferrules, two rivets for wood handles, four steel tapped nuts and detailed plans to make your own hand screw wood clamp. Jaw dimensions may be made exactly like the Jorgensen Hand screw Wood Clamps with jaw length of 14-Inches or may be customized to any shape or size you prefer. The kit allows you to make one clamp with a maximum 10-Inch opening capacity. Kit includes the same hardware that Jorgensen uses in its hand screws wood clamps (wood jaws not included). These kits are ideal for a woodworking project. Once clamps are made they hold tightly over broad areas, providing greater reach and a wider distribution of pressure than other clamps. The angle between the jaws can be adjusted to fit the work. The jaws hold odd shapes easily, are capable of overlapping and provide protection against marring of finished surfaces. Made in the U.S.A.
