This line of veiners were designed by James Rosselle for NY Cake. Made of food grade silicone. Veining mats let you easily create botanically authentic petals -- including the vein markings on both the top and undersides of the petals -- for crafting flowers for decorating your cakes. The mats are soft and flexible, making it easy to impress the fondant or gum paste and remove the veined piece. After veining, dust with luster or pearl dust or color as desired.
