Jacquard Damar Resin - 8 Oz Bag
This 8 ounce bag of Damar Resin by Jacquard is derived from a tree found in the East Indies. It can be combined with beeswax to make your own encaustic medium. This process hardens the beeswax by raising its melting temperature during encaustic applications. Since the damar is in its rawest state it must be melted with the beeswax and strained to remove impurities. Melting point: 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
