USB power cable adapter included. Plugs directly into any USB port to power the kit. Use in place of our power supply when no power outlet is available or when device is confined to a remote cabinet or when the cable box is placed behind the TV.

The IR blaster(does not blink) floods inside cabinet with transmitted IR Signal. Excellent for Racks and enclosed cabinets. For maximum penetration we suggest adding our 9in mono splitter and additional blaster. One blaster can be mounted on the top device and the other can be mounted on the bottom device pointing up.

Receiver works with: All brands of A/V device's and remote control (38- 56kHz). Including ATT-Uverse,VIP1225 VIP1216,(we suggest our IRP-BU kit for VIP2000 and IPN4320 series),Scientific Atlanta STB's, and name brand A/V Receivers.NOTE: The operating distance might be shorter (25ft) when using with a 56kHz device and remote.

We have eliminated the connector block as required with current IR Repeater Kits. This enables a clean and simple install!

Operates with up-to-date Set Top Boxes without any problem and has a Self Auto Test function for the IR sensor. The IR sensor will automatically test itself. The Red LED will blink two times when the power is plugged in if everything is OK. NOTE: the blaster will not blink. It is a 940nm led that is not visible.
