A worm gear mechanism adjusts the clamp’s diameter to precisely apply sealing pressure. The band’s 5/16” width helps ease installation in confined spaces. The band, housing, and screw are made of stainless steel that conforms to the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) 300 standard and provides resistance to corrosion.
