Icstation DIY Clap On Off Switch Kit Electronics Soldering Practice Set
This DIY sound actived clapper switch kit include the commonly electronics components such as resistor, capacitor, diode, transistor,LED perfect for electronics soldering skills training use and also enable the user to know the clapper switch working principle. When finished, it will turn into a mini clapper switch model, clap once the red led bulb will turn on then clap again, the red led bulb will turn off with lots of fun.Teaching through play ideal for school basic electronics experiments
Working Principle
The Q1 and Q2 make up a secondary audio amplifier, the MK1 receive the audio signal then coupled to Q1 base through C1, the collector reflect the amplifiered audio signal to the Q2 base, the collector of Q2 will get the negative square wave which used to trigger the bistable circuit. The R1 and C1 will limit the circuit frequency response at about 3KHz sensitivity range. When power on, the bistable circuit status is Q4 off,Q3 saturated, the D3 is in off status. When MK1 receive the contorl signal, output negative square wave amplified by the Q1 and Q2, then processed and output the negative spike pulse to the Q3 base through D1.The circuit will be reversed, the D3 will turn on. When MK1 receive the control signal(clapping voice), the circuit will be recersed again, the D3 turn off.
Note:The MIC's negative pin is the one conencted with the shell. The led diode and electrolytic capacitor's long pin is positive.
