Our Trans-Vinyl is ready-to-cut material for custom garment decoration is designed to be used with a cutting plotter and heat press. Trans-Vinyl offers excellent durability, even after repeated washing. It's great for player names and numbers or adding personalization to corporate wear. Because of its thinness, it's extremely easy to cut, weed, and heat apply and is perfect for single color or multi-layered applications. TransVinyl vinyl transfer is now the most popular heat press material. Process the image on your computer, cut the picture contour with cutter plotter, then peel off the part you don't need. Then just press the image on T-shirt or other fabric products. Great opacity, wash-ability. and durability. Non-stick Backing. Multi-Color Applications Transvinyl is easy to position and reposition on the fabric. After preheating garment, position the first color, place cover sheet over graphic, and press for 3-5 seconds at 330°F (165°C). Peel cold. Align second color and replace cover sheet. Repeat for additional colors. Recommended fabrics: Poly/cotton blends 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester Cotton/Poly Blends, Poly/foam & cotton caps, Fleece, Polyester knits Acrylic blends, Sublimated Polyester, Polyester Mesh 100% uncoated polyester, Poly/cotton blends Care Instructions: Machine wash using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not iron directly onto Transvinyl. Cutting Notes: You should always test cut prior to any production run.
