The IHV24AT is a "Robust Industrial Strength" 3.0KV Galvanic Isolated, fast Asynchronous RS232<=>RS485 Interface Converter for 2-wire, half-duplex applications, with a fast automatic TX enable circuit, that will operate at data rates up to 115.2Kbps+ @ 4000ft. The unit has jumpers for bias, termination, RS232 DTE/DCE selection, and a setting for fast responding RS485 devices. The unit has edge mounted LED indicators, a removable screw terminal connector, built-in ESD, and over current driver protection. The IHV24AT is our top end converter for industrial,indoor, and outdoor applications. The IHV24AT can be used for point to point, and multi-drop 2-wire systems, with up to 32 "standard" unit loads. Large LED indicators for RS232 & RS485 activity, improved timing, a "loop-back" jumper, and an operating temperature range of -40C to 85C (-40F to 185F). Need something special? Please contact us.
