I am Proud of my Family, Estoy Orgulloso de mi Familia, Iyi Cusiji’ini Shi’in Na Ta’in ,: My Family Feeds California (English and Spanish Edition)

In my class, a quarter of the children are Mixtec. When I wanted a book they could read, with photos of Mixtecs, and the Mixtec language, we had to make it. With respectful photos of parents hard at work this book shows students that their families feed everyone in America. Written in English, Spanish, and Mixteco, _I am Proud of my Family_ provides a good start for teachers wanting to talk about families, jobs, farms, food, immigration, and Mixtecs.
