Hydraulic Air Foot Pump with 10,000 Psi Output for auto body frame machines HEAVY DUTY

Air driven hydraulic foot pump using standard compressed air with a minimum 90-psi and maximum 140-psi. Heavy duty commercial pump using a cast aluminum oil reservoir. Internal parts are all metal i.e. Piston, piston sleeve/chamber, and air vent. Some manufacturers still use plastic reservoirs and housings which is far less durable than our metal components particularly because this pump is used in harsh working environments and on concrete floors. Air vent is topped off with brass knurled valve which can be closed for transportation and storage. Air pressure drives air piston/motor to create up to 10,000 psi and is used to power various hydraulic cylinders and rams. Most commonly used on auto body frame machines and hydraulic pulling posts. Pump has built in safety relief valve that governs output at 10,000 pounds protecting the pump itself, hoses, cylinders and all properly rated attachments. Pump is re-buildable, quiet, smooth, powerful and long lasting. Pump has a large 98 inch / 1.7 quart usable oil capacity allowing it to be power small to midsized cylinders up to 50 tons. 1/4 inch female air input thread, 3/8 inch female oil output thread. Air brass muffler for exhaust, oil pick up screen filter, to protect pump valves from debris entering system. Pump ships filled with premium hydraulic oil and is ready to use upon receipt. A tips sheet with valuable information including "Priming procedures" is included. Each pump is bench tested at our factory TWICE to its capacity to insure quality. Each pump is shipped with full owner's manual, parts breakdown and warranty form. Seal kits are available for future repairs.
