The HBA IWSZPMW is a Title 24 compliant manual-on passive infrared wall switch occupancy sensor that provides excellent energy savings as well as reliable motion detection. The sensor's low profile housing design provides the perfect wall switch for residential applications including bathrooms, garages, laundry rooms, utility rooms, and dining rooms. The IWSZPMW's manual ON/automatic OFF operation meets Title 24 guidelines for residential lighting by requiring the user to manually switch on lighting and automatically turn off lighting when no one is present. The time delay can be adjusted from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, and sensitivity can be adjusted from 20 to 100-percent. It features a Multi-segment IR Fresnel lens. The sensor is mounted as a single gang NEMA-style switch box, there is no minimum load requirement, and has 120 and 277 volts in the same unit. For indoor use only, the switch operates in temperatures of 32 to 122-Degree Fahrenheit (0 to minus 50-Degree Celsius), and relative humidity of less than 95-percent, non-condensing. The switch plate has a white finish with dimensions of 4.5 by 2.75 by 1.625-Inch. The sensor's cover range is 180-Degree, up to 900-Square Feet.
