Honeywell Fendall Porta Stream II 16-Gallon (60.5 L) Refillable Primary Emergency Eye Wash Station (with 8 oz./237 ml Water Additive), Green (32-000230-0000)
Featuring a large 16 gallon (60.5 L) capacity, a full 15 minutes of uninterrupted hands-free flushing and a fluid flow rate of 0.4 gallons (1.5 L) per minute, this Fendall Porta Stream II Primary Emergency Eye Wash Station meets all ANSI Z358.1 standards. The Porta Stream II employs an additive that mixes with water. Two nozzles direct the eye flush upward at both eyes simultaneously, maintaining a constant flow rate and stream height. The water additive solution is superior to tap water, which may contain harmful bacteria or contaminants. Since no plumbing is required, this portable eye wash station can be located near most workplace hazards. This allows your workplace to meet ANSI regulations which require an emergency eye wash station to be accessible within a 10-second walk of any hazard. Placement is easy as the unit can be mounted to a wall with a single bracket. Properly installed, the system may be safely leaned upon during use. The station can also be hung from the unit's molded handle, or made fully mobile when paired with a universal cart or stand. Usage is easy, with highly visible instructions on how to use an eye wash station present on the front of the unit. This avoids having to search for a manual when eye irrigation time is crucial. The nozzles cover a wide area around the eyes for effective removal of chemicals and particles. The nozzle strap is easily removed for hands-free eye flushing, leaving hands available to hold eyelids open. Maintenance is also easy via the large top hole for refilling and cleaning. The fill cap is also lockable to reduce the risk of tampering. And unlike traditional plumbed units which require weekly maintenance, the Fendall Porta Stream II with water additive requires a simple four-month maintenance cycle.
