These heavy duty stainless steel brew kettles are thick, hearty, and ready to stand up to years of abuse. All fittings are weldless bulkheads with high temp silicone gaskets. A stainless steel ball valve and 3" Brew-Zone custom brewing thermometer All SS are included. Thermometer features a brass thermowell and weldless gasket kit. Constructed from 1.2 mm stainless steel, these kettles are virtually dent proof. The brushed stainless finish will look great for years to come. These kettles are built with a tri-clad bottom featuring a 5 mm thick aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of 1.2 mm stainless steel. Aluminum allows for even heat distribution while the food-grade stainless steel is the only metal in contact with your wort. Even heat distribution eliminates hot spots, which prevents scorching of your malt. Made from a single piece of metal kettles are drawn, meaning the kettle is made from one piece of stainless steel. No welded seams. The handles on these kettles are just as heavy duty as the rest of the kettle. This is because they are made from rolled stainless steel, which is strong and easy on your hands.
