Provides resistance from stains, water, and oil on grout for up to 15 years (depending on surface type and use). Provides barrier against mildew growth. Aerosol applicator allows for easy application by spraying along grout while standing. Spray along the grout lines, excess sealer evaporates away and does not leave any hard to remove residue on the tiles. Coverage is 500 linear foot with 2 coats; 250 sq. ft. with 2 coats for 12 x 12 tiles, 95 sq. ft. with 2 coats for 4 x 4 tiles. 15 oz. can.
