This unidirectional material is designed for its stiffness and provides excellent strength to weight ratio. The unidirectional direction of the fibers allows the user to control the stiffness along the direction of the fiber to maximize strength. When using a balanced layup this material with provide the user the option of controlling part warpage with the design of the ply orientation.
