Any defects that were not and could not have been discovered upon reasonable inspection within thirty (30) days after delivery of the product are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. This warranty applies to all products manufactured by Hell Bent Steel for as long as the product is in use on the vehicle for which it was designed and originally installed, regardless of owner, if purchased, installed and maintained on a non-commercial vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided herein does not apply to the cosmetic finish of any product. Hell Bent Steel reserves the right to examine all products returned under a warranty claim to determine whether there is in fact a defect in material or workmanship. At Hell Bent Steel’s option, we will either replace a defective product or refund your money in the manner it was received, which shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any claim of defect regarding any of our products. Hell Bent Steel reserves the right to change the design of any of its products without assuming an obligation to modify any product already manufactured.
