Heck Industries BB27 Cast Aluminum Frame Bench Beveler, 3/16" Maximum Bevel, 1/2HP, 110V
The Heck Industries BB27 Cast Aluminum Frame Bench Beveler is an electrically powered bench-top machine that creates a 3/16" maximum burr-free bevel on most materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and composites, with a minimum thickness of 3/16", and is made in the USA. The 1/2 hp, 110V motor chamfers and deburrs in one pass. It is powered using the included 6-ft. cord with a 3-prong plug. The machine's depth of cut can be adjusted for a customized bevel and the angle is set to 45 degrees. The V-block supports the workpiece, reducing operator strain and enabling chamfering and finishing of small parts. The beveler includes a 7" abrasive flap disc that chamfers and provides a fine finish. The beveler's table is made of cast iron.
