Offal is a key source to providing your dog water-insoluble vitamins that are critical to good health. Offal is an enzyme-rich mixture of protein, vitamins including A, B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5. B12), D and E and some C, essential fatty acids EPA, DHA and AA along with mineral such as manganese, selenium, zinc, potassium, and copper. Liver particularly adds biotin, folacin, omega's 3 and 6. Special processes have been added to ensure bacteria, often found in ground meat products, are all killed prior to the dehydration.
