HOYA 55mm GREEN X1 PHOTOGRAPHIC LENS FILTER
Generally used as a contrast control filter with black & white film. A filter will lighten it's own color and darken the opposite (complimentary) colors. Therefore a green filter can be used to lighten green foilage and conversely to darken red or blue items (red car, blue sky, etc.).
